About your host
An experienced entrepreneur, cross-border strategy leader, change and image consultant, Daniela is passionate about transformation by design.
For nearly 30 years, she has helped organisations and mentored people in strategic change to achieve competitive advantage. In the early '90s, and before embarking on her MPhil at the Cambridge Judge Business School, she set up two successful digital start-ups which disrupted the status-quo in location-based business applications long before digital giants appeared on the scene. Before BREXIT, she led an EU transformation initiative for 100 European cities.
As the world was entering 1st lockdown, she set up Image Ability, anticipating the impact of structural change on women. She developed a framework of knowledge, skills and positive technology to help women regain strength, relevance and confidence – and bounce back to growth and substance.
Having experienced every possible change a woman can in life and career, Daniela is an action-driven advocate of connecting inner characteristics to professional image aspirations. Purpose, influence, poise and authenticity are female leadership traits rooted in personal image, presence and style.
